Some side tables

We had previously made foil-shaped legs cast in one piece for this designer, but castings need to be a certain thickness, and for these larger legs (dimensions about 800 x 600mm) the weight would have been prohibitive.

So we opted for a cast top surface with formed sheet side panels. The parts are laid out here

The holes near the top were drilled and threaded for studding to allow the table top to be fastened to the legs

The upper surfaces were polished, the sides patinated
